What is your return window?
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To initiate a return, please visit our Contact page and provide your order number along with the reason for your return.
Under what conditions can I return an item?
- Items must be unworn (other than trying on) or unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- We do not have any final sale items—all products are eligible for return within 30 days.
- Please include proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or order number) to expedite processing.
Do you offer free return shipping?
- Yes, we provide a free return shipping label upon request for all returns within the continental United States.
- For international orders, please contact us for instructions on free or discounted return shipping, where available. Duties, taxes, or customs fees paid may not be refundable depending on local regulations.
How do I request a refund, and when will I receive it?

- Ship the Item Back: Use the provided return label (for eligible regions) or follow our instructions for international returns.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can my order ship in multiple packages?
Yes. If your order includes multiple items from different warehouses, it may ship in separate packages. If that happens, you’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
