Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders due to a change of mind. However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you need to edit your order information, such as the delivery address or contact number, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Here’s what you can do:
- Contact our customer service via email address.
- Have your order number ready when contacting customer service.
- We cannot guarantee changes to orders after 24 hours of placement. This is because orders may be processed once received

Once your beret is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. Simply enter this number on our Track Order Page to follow your package in real time.

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To initiate a return, please visit our Contact page and provide your order number along with the reason for your return.

- Items must be unworn (other than trying on) or unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- We do not have any final sale items—all products are eligible for return within 30 days.
