Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
- Express Shipping: An optional express upgrade is available at checkout. Fees vary by destination and are non-refundable.
- No Hidden Fees: We don’t add extra shipping charges. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local government; these are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
Order Processing Time
- Processing Window: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday.
- Late Orders: Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
- Tracking Updates: It may take 5 to 7 working days before the carrier updates the tracking information.

Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items, you may receive multiple packages. This can occur due to items being shipped from different warehouses or availability at the time of shipping.

Handling Delays

Undeliverable Packages
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please be aware that additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipping.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the delivery date. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the package and items if damaged.

Order Modifications and Cancellations
- How to Modify or Cancel: To request changes or cancellations, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
- Cancellation Window: Order cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.
