Countries & Policy

Key Return Information:

  • Return Period: 30 days from the delivery date for eligible items
  • Product Condition: Items must be in new condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging
  • Restocking Fee: None
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds processed within 10 days of return approval
  • Return Shipping Costs: Flat $7.95 per product returned (downloadable and printable return label provided)
  • Processing Fee: A small non-refundable transaction processing fee (retained by our payment provider) will also be deducted from your refund

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Eligible Products for Return:
    • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be unused, unworn, and in new condition to qualify.
  2. Return Eligibility by Condition:
    • Defective Products: If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us by email within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. A photo of the product is required when requesting a refund.
    • Non-Defective Products: Returns for non-defective items are accepted if they are in new, unused condition with all tags and original packaging. A photo of the product is required when requesting a refund.
  3. Product Condition and Window:
    • New Only: Items must be in new condition with tags and packaging to qualify.
    • Return Window: 30 days from the delivery date.
    • Without Tags / Used: Items without tags or used may be rejected or only partially refunded.
  4. Exchange Policy:
    • French Beret® allows direct exchanges for a different size, color, or style. Please follow the return process and indicate your exchange preference when contacting us.

Initiating a Return:

  1. Contact Customer Support:
    • Email our customer support team at info@french-beret.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Attach a photo of the product (required for any refund request).
    • Alternatively, you can reach out through our Contact Us page.
  2. Return Authorization and Shipping Instructions:
    • Upon approval, our support team will provide a return authorization and instructions for mailing the item back to us. A downloadable $7.95 per product return label will be available for shipping costs.
  3. Packaging and Shipping Requirements:
    • Items should be returned in secure packaging with the original tags and documentation. Failure to meet these conditions may delay the refund process.
  4. Required Documentation:
    • Include the return authorization slip in your package, along with photos or additional documentation as needed.

Refunds:

  1. Refund Approval and Processing:
    • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status. Refunds are processed within 10 days to the original payment method once approved.
    • Extended Timeframe: If the return package is incomplete or improperly packaged, inspection and refund approval may require additional processing time.
  2. Refund for Shipping & Fees:
    • Return shipping fees and transaction processing fees are non-refundable unless an error occurred on our end, such as a defective or incorrect item being sent.
  3. Refund Exceptions:
    • Items returned without original tags or in used condition will not qualify for a full refund and may incur a partial fee or be rejected.
