Key Return Information:
- Return Period: 30 days from the delivery date for eligible items

Eligible Products for Return:
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be unused, unworn, and in new condition to qualify.

- Defective Products: If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us by email within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. A photo of the product is required when requesting a refund.
- Non-Defective Products: Returns for non-defective items are accepted if they are in new, unused condition with all tags and original packaging. A photo of the product is required when requesting a refund.

Return Authorization and Shipping Instructions:
- Upon approval, our support team will provide a return authorization and instructions for mailing the item back to us. A downloadable $7.95 per product return label will be available for shipping costs.

- Items should be returned in secure packaging with the original tags and documentation. Failure to meet these conditions may delay the refund process.

- Return shipping fees and transaction processing fees are non-refundable unless an error occurred on our end, such as a defective or incorrect item being sent.
